When I first connected with Success Works,

That’s exactly what I found through my one-on-one mentoring. My mentor, Gemma, became a consistent source of support and reassurance. She reminded me that I was worthy and capable of great things, even when self-doubt crept in. Gemma didn’t just help me find employment – she helped me rediscover my confidence and sense of purpose. Her encouragement and practical advice played a big part in shaping my career path today.

Gemma would often call or check in to make sure I hadn’t forgotten an appointment or task – and, let’s be honest, eight times out of ten, I had! Securing Meaningful Employment
Through the support of Success Works, I was introduced to a great opportunity with UR Digital, where I now work as an Administrative Clerk and Project Coordinator. Success Works encouraged me to apply, assisted me with fine-tuning my resume, and gave me the interview skills I needed to present myself with confidence.
This role has become truly meaningful to me – not just because of the work itself, but because of the environment and the stability it provides. There’s room for growth, and every day brings a new challenge or lesson. I look forward to going to work, knowing that what I do makes a difference.
